§1 Miscellaneous

At Zoovillage you can only shop via our website.

All merchandise remains the property of Zoovillage until full payment is received.

All attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. Zoovillage has the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.

Minimum order ammount to get free delivery is €30, £30, $200, 250DKK, 300NOK. See below, paragraph 2, for summary of our payment and delivery, and costs for them.

Do not send any pre-payments whatsoever. We are not responsible for any cash, checks or stamps that are sent via mail.

Zoovillage reserves the right of errors caused by type faults or unintentional errors in the product information on our web pages. We cannot guarantee our pictures to display all colours with 100% accuracy.

No VAT included.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Your parents/guardian´s consent is required If you are under 18 and want to purchase items on Zoovillage.

§3 Return policy

14 days return policy

You have the right of a full refund, or an exchange of the item you´ve bought, within 14 days of delivery, provided that the garment/item has not been used and is not damaged. The refund right does not apply to underwear.

In case of returning or exchanging items, you will have to pay for the return shipping costs. If an item is returned because of damaged goods or due to a mistake made by Zoovillage, we will however refund all shipping costs.


§4 Security

About credit card payment and 3DSecure
3Dsecure is a payment solution developed by Visa to verify that the person purchasing items with your card is actually you. The solution is also used by MasterCard. The solution means that it´s up to your bank or credit card issuer to authenticate your identity if you are using your credit or debit card for purchases on the Internet. This identification is made possible by means of a personal password or code at the time of purchase. This password/code is controlled by the bank or card issuer through encrypted communication via a specific secure server. This password is either given to you by your bank or card issuer or chosen by you personally. As a consumer, using 3Dsecure for payments by credit card over the internet highly limits the risk of online fraud.

You will recognise a 3Dsecure payment solution by the VISA brand Verified by VISA and/or MasterCard´s brand SecureCode. Please note that the 3Dsecure solution only works if you have applied for this service through your bank.

  


§5 Personal data

Personal data
According to law, Zoovillage is required to have your consent for handling your personal information. Zoovillage is the legal controller of personal data for all information submitted to us, or given to us when you visit our website.

The information will be used by us to fulfil our obligations towards you when purchasing goods, to let you know when we have news that might be within areas of your personal interest, and for other marketing purposes. Zoovillage will never let any third party use your personal information for marketing purposes, unless approved by you.

You have the right to take part of the registered information about you, upon request. If the information should be found to be incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, you have the right to demand that they be corrected or deleted.

Cookies
Zoovillage uses cookies. This is to monitor what a user does on the page, login, place items in the basket, measure traffic, exposure and for marketing efforts. Without cookies, much of the site functionality will stop working. However, you can change the settings on your computer to automatically deny cookies.


§6 Force Majeure

Zoovillage is not liable for any and all losses, (including loss of data) damages, costs, claims and other liabilities which arise as a result of any delay or interruption in, or any non-delivery, or missed delivery due to circumstances beyond our or any of our suppliers´ reasonable control (including, but not limited to, fire, lightning, explosion, war, disorder, flood, industrial dispute, sabotage, weather conditions or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities).
